57 years old male was admitted at Tristar Hospital, Surat with C/o nausea, perspiration, breathlessness on rest. His Troponin T was positive and coronary angiography showed complete occlusion of RCA and moderate occlusion in branch of LCX. During this event his pumping of heart (LVEF) reduced to 45%. He was advised for angioplasty (stenting), but decided to go with EECP therapy and life-style modification program.

After completion of 35 sessions of EECP therapy and has being adopting lifestyle modification therapy, his symptoms improved. His TMT become NEGATIVE and his pumping of heart increase to (normal) 60%.
