A 47 years old male residencial of surat, was admitted in unicare hospital for complaint of chest pain radiating to back and both hands. He was a known case of diabetes mellitus. On investigation at hospital he was diagnosed to have Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) with severe LV dysfunction. His cath. angiography done on 25-11-2020 revealed that his LAD and RCA has total occlusion and his 2D Echo revealed that pumping power of his heart has reduced to 20%, LA/LV was dilated, RWMA was present, and mild MR. cardiologist advised him for surgical bypass, but as patient was aware about reversal heart disease program run at Saaol heart center. As per saaol’s consultant guidance he agreed for complete course of EECP along with life style modification program. After 35 sessions of EECP, his 2D Echo showed that his increased to 45% and his complaints of chest resolved completely.
