70 years old male patient named Mr. Gulambhai kagzi was suffering from chest pain which increased from exertion, orthopnoea and dyspnoea on exertion. He is a known case of DM. for these he was admitted at sardar hospital at ankleshwar where his 2D Echo result showed reduced LVEF = 25%. Then he was advised to go for Cath. Coronary Angiography but he refused for it and came to our Saaol Heart Centre at Surat, where our consultant have examined him and advised him for CT Scan Coronary Angiography (non – invasive). He agreed for it and result of it showed high calcium score and Tripple vessel disease (TVD) with severe sstenosis. Therefore, he was advised for EECP treatment for (35 sessions) along with cardiac detox therapy (10 sessions) at our centre.  He also adapted our life style modification program for his complaints. Within 5 days after starting the treatment his complaints like chest pain and dyspnoea on exertion reduced to 80%. After completion of 35 sessions of EECP and 10 sessions of Cardiac Detox his repeat 2D Echo result showed increase in LVEF = 35% and his overall health also improved very markedly (he was able to do exertion without any chest discomfort)
