A 37 years male patient admitted with complaints of chest pain and breathlessness on exertion. He was a known case of DM since long time. His cath. angiography revealed that he has triple vessels disease and his 2D Echo showed that pumping power of his heart reduced to 35% with regional wall motion abnormalities seen at rest, mild PAH was seen. Cardiologist at another hospital advised him for surgical intervention, but as relative of patient was aware about program run by Saaol heart center. As per advice of our cardiologist patient agreed for EECP treatment and life style modification program.

After completion of full course of EECP treatment his repeated 2D Echo showed increase in LVEF = 43%. Now patient is free from all the complaints like breathlessness on exertion (in fact, patient now climbs floor upto 5^th floor without any breathing problem).
