Patient was admitted in hospital for dyspnoea on exertion and chest heaviness on exertion for which he was thoroughly investigated. His cath. angiography revealed that he has Triple Vessels Disease (TVD) and his 2D Echo report showed dilated LA, concentric LVH, regional wall motion abnormality was present, LVEF = 40% (reduced) and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Cardiologist at another hospital advised him to go for surgical bypass, but patient’s son was aware about program run at Saaol Heart Center. After completion of full course of EECP his repeat 2D Echo showed increase in pumping power of his heart to 60%. He also adapted our life style modification program.
