A 65 years old female named Mrs. Manjulaben Vadodariya was admitted in hospital for complaint of difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, palpitation, and generalized weakness. On investigation she was found to have Ischemic Heart Disease. Her cath. angiography reveal plaque in Right coronary artery (80% blockage) for which stenting was done. Her 2D Echo showed decreased in pumping power of his heart (LVEF = 25%; which did not increased even after putting stent) with regional wall motion abnormalities seen at rest, Dilated LA & LV, Moderate MR/TR, Moderate PAH (60 mmHg) and IVC dilated with non-collapsing. Even after putting stent her complaints did not resolved, hence, they came to us in seek for relief.

After completion of full course of EECP we repeated her 2D Echo which revealed that pumping power of his heart increased to 48% and no PAH, NO MR/TR, IVC collapses with inspiration. And most importantly her complaints resolved completely that she felt no breathlessness even after walking for 30 minutes.
