46 year old female patient had complain of recurrent exertional chest pain since last 2 month and went to consult cardiologist who did Angiography report which showed multiple blockages in her coronary arteries. Her 2D Echo report showed that heart pumping (LVEF%) was only 30%. And was advised to do early Bypass Surgery.
